Itinerary
We will meet you around 08:15 a.m. from your hotel in the morning. The cycling tour will start to the East of the park visit Wat Chang Lom. The first part we will cycle through a small village, rice fields on Sukhothai’s outskirts of the park. Arriving at the Northern Gate we will explore Wat Si Chum (One of the most beautiful Buddha images) Than cycled through the back-road passing some rural areas, then enter into the city wall to visit Wat Mahathat, Wat Si Sawai, Wat Sa Si and many temples of Sukhothai’s famous ancient ruins. You will marvel at beautiful Buddhist and Hindu architecture and be exposed to some of the country’s most stunning craftsmanship from a period known as Thailand’s Golden Era. The tour offers the visitor a guided cultural experience, learning about Sukhothai’s history and complex architecture as well as the story of Buddhism in Thailand. After a delicious local lunch, we will be cycled back at the hotel around 13:00 – 13:30 p.m.
